Dan Hyde
Schooled in Scotland, a demolition operative and landscape gardener in the north west, and a publisher in Dublin, prior to Everything is User Experience, Dan ran the account team at a specialist branding agency in London. He is currently planning an escape to the seaside on the south coast.

Alex Blondin
Hailing from the South of France, Alex loves change management. Trained in law, inspired in social media risk management, and an early adopter of customer experience driven marketing, more recently he was Head of Digital and responsible for agency growth at a leading UK branding agency.

How we work
We use user research to help you to align the needs of your business with the needs of your customers (your users).
Our clients typically use us as a catalyst, applying UX principles to bring out new ideas to tackle familiar challenges.
Our job is to understand your problem and work with you to find the best solution. UX-thinking informs how we make a solution work, for you, not just your customers and users, using lessons learned from developing websites and platforms to everything we can.
It doesn’t matter whether you’re creating a website, app, campaigns, or brand. You can build a better product if you understanding the needs, goals, and behaviour of your in-house people as well as your customers.
Over the years, we’ve done a bit of everything so we can usually find a way to help with any challenge you’re facing.
The core team is just us, but we don’t try to do everything ourselves. We’ve nurtured relationships with developers, designers, writers, artists, and experts who compliment our skills and enable us to deliver better results. We like to lean on the Everything is User Experience ‘friends and family’ wherever we can.
